Registration is open and closes on June 15. Please register via the link to the registration form below. This year, we offer early bird fees; see the pricing options below.

Costs

The registration fee covers accommodation at the dorms (July 27 - August 7), and access to classes. It is to be paid in cash in the local currency (HUF) or in Euro on the day of arrival. Shared rooms host 4 people. There is limited availability of single rooms and they will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Early bird prices (before May 1)

  • two weeks shared room: €230
  • two weeks single room: €330 (if available)
  • two weeks shared room, reduced price for students from Eastern Europe: €210
  • one week shared room: €150
  • one week single room: €200 (if available)
  • one week shared room, reduced price for students from Eastern Europe: €130

Regular prices (May 1-June 15)

  • two weeks shared room: €250
  • two weeks single room: €350 (if available)
  • two weeks shared room, reduced price for students from Eastern Europe: €230
  • one week shared room: €180
  • one week single room: €230 (if available)
  • one week shared room, reduced price for students from Eastern Europe: €160

Without accommodation

  • attendance without accommodation: €100

Student grants

If you are in a difficult financial situation and are not able to afford the registration fee, you can request a waiver or reduction of the registration fee (i.e. accommodation at the dorm and access to classes). Unfortunately, we cannot cover any travel costs. Upon registration, send us an email at ovasummerschool@gmail.com specifying your situation and we will let you know if it is possible for the school to (partly or fully) cover you.
